Kingston is one of the areas we visit most often. From our Teddington base it is a ten-minute drive over Kingston Bridge, so we can usually be with you the same day you call - including evenings and weekends, which suits people who work in town.

We cover the whole of KT1 and KT2, and the streets either side of them: the Victorian terraces off Richmond Road and Canbury, the older houses around Kingston Hill and Coombe, the riverside flats by Charter Quay, Norbiton, Berrylands and out towards Surbiton and New Malden. Parking is never your problem to solve - Nick sorts it, and if you are in a permit bay or a flat with no visitor space, just say so on the phone and we plan around it.

The collections we see in Kingston tend to reflect how old the town is. Pre-decimal British coinage is the most common by far - jars of pennies, half-crowns and florins put away in the sixties and never touched since. After that it is gold sovereigns, Bank of England notes, Victorian and campaign medals, silver from the Market Place jewellers, pocket watches, and small Georgian and Victorian pieces from house moves and clearances.

You do not need a full collection. A single sovereign, one medal, one tin of old coins - all worth a phone call. Nothing is cleaned, sorted or taken away before you have seen an offer and agreed to it, and payment is cash or instant bank transfer on the spot.
